You may have chosen the dress, but you aren't done just yet. Instead, you need to give some thought to the part of your outfit that your partner is quite keen on getting a closer look at - the lingerie.
The most important aspect of your wedding lingerie is not it's sex appeal, it is to make sure it works with your chosen gown. As such, the lingerie should only be determined after the main part of your outfit has been purchased. That said, if you are selecting lingerie for the ‘sex’ factor, you can always slip in to something more jaw-dropping just before bed so you may prefer to keep your sexy pants for then and your Bridget Jones pants for the daytime!
Essentially there are three elements of wedding lingerie that you may need to think about - namely the bra, the pants and the hosiery.
The Bra
On some occasions, dresses with boning or corsetry may not require a bra at all (unless you are considerably well endowed that is!). However, for the bulk of Bride's, the bra is an essential lingerie purchase.
As every girl knows, there are tons of bra's available and numerous styles and designs out there to choose from. Bra's padded with gel (or alike) will give a great boost to the smaller chested Bride, whilst strapless ones, or those that hook at the waist, will be a godsend to anyone plumping for a backless gown. Factor tube and adhesive bra's into the mix and you really do have a lot of options out there.
