Ballerina
When we refer to the ballerina hemline you don’t need to panic - we aren't referring to a tutu!
The ballerina hemline typically sits around 2 inches above the ankle. It was very popular in the late 80’s and early 90’s, and more recently has begun a resurgence with more and more dresses being made available in this length. |

Full Length
The full length hemline is the most popular lengths for traditional white Weddings.
The hemline will either touch the floor, or be just about there, with just the toe of the shoes showing.
It works well with virtually all designs of skirt, and is a particularly popular choice for Brides heading down the pencil skirt route.

Tea Length
The tea length hemline sits half-way between the knee and mid-calf.
It is very popular at Weddings that take place abroad, and those for less formal affairs here in the UK - particularly with Brides who have been married before. |
