Vehicle Decoration

The vehicle you choose is often eye-catching and stunning enough, but in some cases there is the opportunity to decorate it further with ribbons and flowers. Certain vehicle providers will offer such decoration free of charge whilst others may not be willing to provide any. If you have set ideas on this you may need to contact a number of different suppliers to find the most suitable, but be prepared to pay for and decorate the vehicle with flowers, ribbon etc yourself.

Vehicle Driver

Chauffeurs, pilots or drivers. The majority of Wedding transport will come with a driver to take you to your destination – but this is not always the case. Should you decide to hire a Porsche for the day or arrive on horseback for example, you obviously need to stay sober, be skilled enough to handle the controls and also think about what happens to the transport whilst you are doing what you need to do – dramatic and exciting yes, but practical and sensible, not necessarily.

For these reasons alone, the majority of transport modes will be handled by someone who isn’t a guest at the Wedding. On the whole they will be smart, uniformed and blend into the background but this is not always the case. Ask questions to ensure that you get what you want and, if you can, speak direct to the proposed driver to ensure that they will not overwhelm your day and won’t make you feel uncomfortable. After all, the driver should be able to relax you and share your excitement, not wind you up and make you want to throttle them! If a neighbour or friend is to act as ‘chauffer’, perhaps you may wish to think about hiring them an outfit to blend with the day.

Whatever, you fancy for your Wedding Transport, take your time and shop around, but if you have your eye on something specific book it as soon as possible as there is a fair chance that someone else may also want the same.
