Whilst many Bride's and Groom's will head down the Traditional Wedding path, some are looking for something a little bit different - something that is modern and funky.
Our suggested options for a Contemporary Wedding are outlined below - we have tried to avoid anything too way out (although we may have failed on a few occasions!)
Colours: Black and White.
Stationery: Hand-made and designed stationery by the Bride & Groom.
Transport: Vespa scooter, Porsche, Ferrari (yes, you can get them in black!), Lamborghini or Helicopter!
Bride’s Outfit: Sleek ivory or white fishtail gown with tiara rather than veil.
Groom’s Outfit: Lounge suit with black trousers, black shirt, and white tie and handkerchief.
Male Attendants Outfits: Lounge suits with white shirts, black ties and handkerchiefs.
Bridesmaids Outfits: Sleek black gowns
Flowers: White roses, gerberas or carnations
Balloons & Decorations: Ice sculptures, exploding balloons, chocolate fountain.
Reception Venue: Anywhere with a helipad! Grandiose building with ultra-modern décor would be the most appropriate.
Welcome Drink: Guinness or Sheridans to continue the colour scheme!
Reception Starter: Sweet Chilli Tiger Prawns.
Reception Main Course: Beef Wellington.
Reception Desert: Brandy Snap Basket.
Favours: Lottery tickets or scratch-cards. Personalised mint tins.
The Wedding Cake: Tier of individual cup cakes in black and white embossed with a monogram of the Bride and Groom.
’Evening Do’ Food: Sausage and Bacon sandwiches, pizza slices.
Music & Entertainment: Table Entertainers (Magicians, Caricaturist, Impersonator etc.), Live Band with DJ interspersed. Casino.
