When it comes to Wedding Stationery, if you want to go that extra mile (and can afford to pay for it!) then why not splash out on some, or all, of the extravagant extras.

What distinguished menus, table plans, designer envelopes and acceptance cards from other Wedding stationery is the fact that typically there exists freely available, suitable alternatives. Reception venues will nearly always provide menus and table plans, Wedding invites come with envelopes provided, and virtually all of your guests will be expecting to provide their own acceptance cards. However, by splashing out a little cash on these items, you truly will add that touch of class to the Big Day.

Menus

As mentioned above, 99.9% of reception venues will already provide menus for the tables, free of charge - although be sure to confirm this at time of booking. You would also be wise to ask to see an example of a menu and ask how many menus will be on each table. If they simply produce one scrappy looking A4 sheet of paper per table of ten guests, then this may not fit in with the elegant style of the day and for a little bit of cash you could have stylish individual menus printed up. Personally printed menus also allow you the opportunity to enclose additional information – perhaps ice breakers, additional information on the food sources (free range or fair trade foods for example) or simple thank-you messages or timetables for the day.
