Phone Calls

By far the cheapest, but undoubtedly the least impressive, phone calls to your guests will ensure that each guest gets the information they require. Often a chore for one or both of the mothers, the phone method of communication can be time consuming but at least you can ensure that each guests needs are individually catered for.

As you can see, there is a lot more than the simple date, time and venue details that guests will require and more than one method for getting this detail out to them. Fully printed stationery is perhaps the most user friendly route (if you can find someone who does it that is!) although a wedding website is perhaps a more comprehensive solution whose popularity will grow as more and more people turn to the internet.

Whatever you chose, make sure that you think about each and every guest to make sure they the get the information they need.
