What better way to relax than to be pampered from head to toe. Just a few years ago this would be the sole domain for women but with men paying more and more attention to the way they look, this is now an activity that is open to all. Massages, wraps, facials, manicures and pedicures you may well be familiar with, but how about floatation tanks, soundwave therapy, reiki or slipper baths? In truth, rather than just popping along for an hour or so taking in a single treatment, why not extend the stay overnight to encompass a range of therapies taking advantage of any gym, sauna, jacuzzi or hot tubs that are around. Pamper weekends are extremely popular for Hen trips in the UK, but men, if its good enough for Premiership footballers, then it’s not something you should be embarrassed about doing. A truly relaxing experience, pampering is an ideal way to chill out before the Big Day.

For the Palette

If all that sounds a little too healthy for you, then how about a chocolate tasting experience? You can either order some to be delivered to your home in bulk, or why not push to boat out and head off for an enlightening day full of taste sensations. If chocolate isn't your thing (and if it isn't, then we need to have a serious chat!) there are plently of other food and drink options available. How about booking yourselves on a wine tasting day, taking a trip to a distillery or brewery or even enrolling on a 'Learn to Cook Chinese/Indian Food' day?  When there's a big group of you, these kind of things can become a real laugh and you may even learn a thing or two along the way!
