Possible Menu Options for a Hot Buffet

  • Dressed Scottish Salmon
  • Hot Peppered Strips of Pork with Pilaff Rice
  • Stir Fried Vegetables Plum Sauce and Rice Noodles
  • Mozzarella & Mediterranean Lasagne

It is probably be worth pointing out that the above are just possible options and as with any menu for your big day, the world is your oyster.  When speaking to your venue (or caterer)about a hot or cold buffet you will proably pick 3-4 main dishes to be served alongside 3-6 side dishes such as salads, vegetables or bread rolls.

Again, for all of these buffet options you can choose to serve desserts.  Our article on desserts (A Sweet Tooth) can provide a selection of options to accompany any type of savoury course you may have picked for your wedding.
