• Weddingsday provides users with clearly marked opt-in/opt-out options when they first register with the site and users are free to change their preferences at any time.

• Only the information you supply during the Registration process (or via subsequent amendments on the Personal Details page in MyWeddingsday) will be stored by Weddingsday and we, and other companies, may use this information for purposes in connection with this website (promotional wedding offer mail etc.) although users are again free to opt into or out of allowing the use of their information in this way.

• Any data that users enter into the Wedding Details or Planning Tools pages will not be used by Weddingsday for any purpose and this information will never be passed onto any external organisation.

• Unless a competition specifically asks the user to opt into or out of marketing, the data gathered from users when they enter competitions will not be used in any way other for the notification of winners.
