- Try on whole of wedding outfit.
1 Week
- For those of you getting married in Church, attend a rehearsal for the ceremony.
- Confirm all bookings and finalise outstanding arrangements.
- Confirm that Bridesmaids and attendants know the timetable for the morning of the wedding.
1 Day
- Help to decorate the Church and Reception venue.
- Lay out out the Wedding dress and accessories.
- Have a manicure and pedicure. optional
- Drop off your honeymoon luggage at the Reception venue or the hotel/venue where you will be spending the first night.

You may be planning on a really long or very short engagement and having seen the suggested timescales may now be feeling totally relaxed like there’s nothing to do for long while yet, or are panicking that you wont have sufficient time to get everything sorted. The best piece of advice we could give is that it is never too early to start, (as you will find out!) but likewise if you don’t have long, then don’t panic, all is not lost – you may have to make certain compromises but your day will still be magical!
