Enlist the help of the venue to serve canapes and vodka martini's (shaken, not stirred of course!) or even fortune cookies with good luck messages and predictions for future wealth. Finally the pieste de resistance - the entertainment. There are a whole host of businesses these days that can supply mobile casinos. Blackjack, poker and craps tables, roulette wheels even slot machines can be set up in the venue and will really add to the atmosphere - you could even rope in Sean Connery, Pierce Brosnan and Roger Moore look-a-likes to mingle among your guests!
