COUNTDOWN TO THE HONEYMOON

Honeymoon Countdown :: A Day or Two To Go

• Check weather forecasts for your destination.
• Pack your suitcases (have a look at the Packing Tips article on the site for helpful tips and advice).
• Buy books, magazines and snacks for the journey.
• Make arrangements for any UK transfers (i.e. a lift off a kind friend/relative or taxis)
• Water plants & cut the lawn.
• Set your voicemail, e-mail ‘out of office’ auto-reply and answerphone but be discreet!
• Pack your hand luggage making sure that you have all the important documents with you.
• Prepare your house – eat/dispose of perishable food and set timers on lights, central heating etc.
• Leave house keys/alarm codes with a trusted person.
• If you have them, attach baggage labels to your luggage.
