Where Can We Do It?
Much will depend on the extreme hen party activity or activities you have in mind, but typically the open countryside is the prime haven.
Mobile bungee jumps can be found dotted around the country as can indoor climbing walls, but for activities like sphering/zorbing (rolling down hills in an inflatable clear plastic ball akin to a hamster!) or coasteering (traversing along a rocky coastline by foot and via the water) then the fresh country air is your best bet.
Who is it Suitable For?
Extreme hen party activities are only for the fit and active hen and those aged 18 and up.
You may be able to pinpoint an activity or two in which younger hens may be able to partake (laser quest for example) but on the whole you will need a bunch of healthy and up for it bachelorette's for such an occasion.
When Does it Take Place?
More often than not, extreme hen party activities are reserved for the daylight hours, but even more extreme nighttime ones can be tracked down if you're feeling brave and are hapy to bungee in the dark!
How Much Will it Cost?
With so many variations on a theme, it is virtually impossible to pinpoint an exact cost, but suffice to say that the more you do the more it will cost, with prices starting from around €$£20 per activity.
If you are planning more than the one extreme hen party activity consider involving the services of a hen party planning company who will be able to pull together multiple activities in to one action packed day at a competitive price.
