Best Time to go: October to April are the best months, with November to February being the pick for those looking for a Dubai honeymoon. It is exceptionally hot from May to September and is probably not the best time to head there if you plan to sport a bridal gown whilst you're there!
Best Beaches: Jumeirah Beach is perhaps the pick, although there are a number of others to choose from. The multiple parks in Dubai provide a welcome alternative to the beach and are well looked after and rightly popular with locals and tourists alike.
Local Activities: Visitors can choose from a plethora of water sports in the warm Gulf Sea and championship level golf courses, or for something a little different try sandboarding. Dubai also boasts one of the world’s largest, and best, indoor ski-slopes.
Local Flavours: Cosmopolitan and multi-cultural, Dubai boasts a vast array of foods from around the world. Local cuisine tends to be of the Lebanese variety and meze’s are popular (small dishes comprising food such as houmous, tabbouleh and falafel)
